Birmingham Half Marathon Preparations!

It's the day before the Birmingham Half Marathon and last minute preparations are in full swing! I'm super excited to be running this race for the second consecutive year.

My check list for today is looking a little something like this:





Put together a race playlist
Get my race gear organised 
Carb load
Stay hydrated
Plan tomorrow's breakfast
Check out the course map
RELAX!

I think the last point may be the most important. Other than dog walking I think today will be pretty chilled out :) 


Good luck to everyone racing tomorrow in Birmingham and around the world! By the looks of it there are lots of runs going on and I can't wait to see how everyone gets on.
